Societatea de Stiinte Juridice and Juridice.ro award Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații for outstanding achievements

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații received three diplomas of merit in recognition of the firm’s outstanding achievements in Corporate Law, Sports Law and Gambling Law. The diplomas were handed out during a special Gala event held in Bucharest on March 1st.

The citation singled out the firm's successul track record of completed projects in Corporate Law (the setting-up of Cooperativa Agricola Varasti whereas the firm acted for Carrefour), Sports Law (advising the Romanian Football Federation on a complex litigation involving criminal and civil charges in regards to EUR 237 million losses claimed by a former affiliate member of the Romanian Football Federation) and Gambling Law (acting on some of the most important deals in the gambling sector in Romania, especially on behalf of Fortuna Entertainment).
