The Mr. RON award for legal advice practice goes to Florentin Țuca
At a ceremony hosted recently by one of the most widely read magazines for professionals active in the field of economics, "Saptamana Financiara", Florentin Țuca was awarded a Mr. RON title. The award ceremony was held at the World Trade Centre in Bucharest.
On accepting the award, Mr. Țuca said, "Fate has a strange way of linking the past and present. Just standing here now brings back memories of how hard we worked to set up Țuca & Asociații and put the firm on the right track. In fact, it was right here that we were 'born', so to speak, and I am delighted to be back again on such an auspicious occasion. You can be sure I won't forget this evening for a long time. At the ceremony, winners in other categories, such as banking, insurance, corporate management and capital markets, were also presented with Mr. Ron awards. The "Mr. RON" gold winner went to Mugur Isărescu, Governor of the National Bank of Romania. The "Mr. RON" silver award went to Jonathan Scheele, Head of the Delegation of the European Commission in Romania. The "Mr. RON" bronze winner went to Gabriel Zbârcea, the former President of AVAS.
Politicians, members of diplomatic missions, businessmen, attorneys, publicists, communication and media representatives attended this special event. Also there were Her Majesty's Ambassador, Mr. Quinton Mark Quayle, Mr. Radu Gratian Ghetea, President of the Romanian Banking Association, Mr. Bogdan Baltazar, former president of the FD Party, Mr. Catalin Florin Teodorescu, President of the ANPC, Mr. Mihai Berinde, President of the Competition Council and many more.
The "Mr. RON Awards" ceremony was held on the 30th of November 2005, at the World Trade Centre in Bucharest. The awards honour individuals and professionals who have made remarkable contributions in their respective fields of activity. The gala awards presentation was hosted for Saptamana Financiara by Gabriela Vranceanu Firea and Lucian Mandruta. Johnny Raducanu provided musical entertainment for the assembled guests and dignitaries.
