Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații - awarded the “Best Employer 2008/09 in Romania and CEE” title by Hewitt Associates

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații has once again been recognized as one of the best employers in Romania and the CEE, according to the “Best Employers Study 2008/09” conducted by Hewitt Associates.

In Romania, the firm ranked 3rd in the Small and Medium Scale Companies category (less than 250 employees) and stood out from the rest of the participating companies on almost every indicator. Also, our firm was ranked 9th in the CEE region, according to the results published by the Wall Street Journal Europe.

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații’s results show that the firm’s employees currently have a 91% level of engagement and a 89% level of satisfaction whilst the Romanian Best Employers’ Average for these same indicators are 76% and 82% respectively. The firm also achieved impressive results on the following employees’ satisfaction drivers: Senior Leadership (93%), Line Managers (89%) and Brand Alignment (96%).

The survey conducted by Hewitt Associates in Romania involved 50 participating companies, 12,826 employees and 417 top managers.

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații seals second title after being ranked 17th in the „100 Best Companies to Work For” survey conducted last year by Capital magazine and GfK, one of the largest market research companies in the world.
