The IBA published its updated Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration earlier this year and the arbitration community has been booming with discussions and interesting decisions on conflicts of interests and disclosure requirements. This ICC YAAF event offers an opportunity to discuss recent developments and to hear from practitioners from different jurisdictions on the subject.
