Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax hosts an workshop on tax inspections and tax disputes

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax S.R.L., the tax advisory services division affiliated to Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații law firm is organising an interactive workshop providing an integrated practical approach on tax inspections and tax disputes. The event takes place on Tuesday, June 12, at the Howard Johnson Hotel, Arizona Conference Room in Bucharest.

As tax controls grow more and more frequent and the authorities more aggressive, a proper and up-to-date knowledge of the most investigated areas, procedural rights and applicable legal remedies are of the essence. To prevent damaging measures and/or, as the case may be, to successfully apply specific legal remedies has become equally crucial.

The workshop has been designed for chief financial officers, accountants and legal advisors and, in general, for specialists from the tax, accounting and legal sectors. It will approach tax inspection and administrative-tax claims from an integrated and multidisciplinary perspective.

The invited speakers, top tax consultants and experienced lawyers, will discuss the most investigated issues, the means to prepare taxpayers and other relevant features of the tax procedure and will provide a detailed and, inasmuch as possible, practical approach to the development of a tax inspection, presenting taxpayers’ rights and obligations during the tax inspection, as well as the pre-court and court procedures which are necessary in order to suspend and/or eliminate the effects of the damaging deeds issued by the tax authorities.
