Two lawyers from Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații came second at the first edition of the Global Legal Hackathon held in Bucharest! Our lawyers were part of a larger team who put forward an innovative blockchain based solution to fight digital face manipulation.

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații received three diplomas of merit in recognition of the firm’s outstanding achievements in Corporate Law, Sports Law and Gambling Law. The diplomas were handed out during a special Gala event held in Bucharest on March 1st.

Gabriel Zbârcea, Managing Partner at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații was retained to serve as a member of the Shortlist Selection Panel for the first ever CEE Legal Matters Romania Deal of the Year Awards. The final three nominees in Romania will be announced in the February issue of the CEE Legal Matters magazine. The winner will be announced at the annual Awards Banquet that concludes CEE Legal Matters' Dealer’s Choice conference in Prague on June 6, 2018.

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații and Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax have promoted a team of lawyers and tax advisors in the annual promotions round which took place in December 2017. The firm is also strengthening its tax advisory practice with the hire of a reputed specialist in transfer pricing.
