The Bucharest Court of Appeal definitively rejected the damages claims of Football Club U Craiova S.A. amounting to 300 million Euros
On Tuesday, June 11, 2019, the Bucharest Court of Appeal issued a final award of dismissal on damages of about 300 million Euros requested by Football Club U Craiova S.A. further to the decision of the Romanian Football Federation to exclude this club on July 20, 2011.
After 8 years of litigation, all claims of Football Club U Craiova S.A., sustained through a whole suite of procedural steps, are irrevocably proven to be unfounded.
