Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații advised Amethyst Group on EUR 12 million sale & leaseback transaction with BT Property

BT Property Alternative Investment Fund has completed the acquisition of three buildings housing Amethyst Radiotherapy’s Oncology Clinics in Cluj (Florești), Timiș (Dumbrăvița) and Ilfov (Otopeni). The sale & leaseback transaction amounts to EUR 12 million and will allow Amethyst to continue the rapid development of its future clinics and hospitals in Romania.

A team of lawyers from Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații, specialising in Banking & Finance and Real Estate, covered the full range of legal services, including sale and lease agreements, transaction structuring and related payments. In addition, a team of tax advisors from Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax covered tax and VAT matters.
